The larger bedrooms in the front and back of the home each have a generous queen bed with new furnishings, bedding and plenty of fluffy pillows. The huge closets offer plenty of shelving & hanging space. as well as generous dresser with mirrors in each room. The middle room offers a spacious full size bed, with matching dresser & mirror as well as a large closet. Each room has windows to offer plenty of natural light.
Each bedroom comes fully equipped with black out curtains, alarm clocks, ceiling fans, generous lighting and USB charging ports. The home is equipped with central heating and air conditioning, hardwood floors, granite counter tops, new appliances – including a dishwasher, as well as a washer and dryer.
For entertainment the home is equipped with unlimited Wifi and Roku TV. Keyless entry with keycode provided on the day you arrive. This comfortable home is situated on 11 acres on the North Carolina / South Carolina State line just off highway 9, minutes from Tryon International Equestrian Center.
Your personal mountain oasis awaits. Start the day by enjoy your favorite morning coffee in the screened in porch and end the day with a glass of wine while you enjoy a beautiful mountain sunset surrounded by horse farms.
$200 nightly, 2 night minimum stay required.

After each departure from the cottage a professional housekeeping service arrives taking extra precautions to mitigate the spread of coronavirus in line with recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and Health and Safety Executive (HSE).
As a standard, we use virus-killing products recommended by the Centers for Disease Control. In addition, we have deployed the following measures:
- Hand Hygiene – Proper and frequent hand washing is vital to help combat the spread of viruses.
- Enhanced Surface Disinfection – Our cleaning teams are focusing on enhanced disinfection of frequently touched surfaces (for example: tables, doorknobs, light switches, handles, toilets, faucets, sinks).
Express Check-In
This cottage is equipped with an electronic door lock requiring a numerical code to unlock. This offers our guests the ability to go directly to the cottage without the requirement to interact with others. The code is unique to each guest, no worrying about losing keys, or key cards.
Your Safety and Additional Precautions
We encourage our Guests to follow the CDC’s recommendations for the best line of defense against coronavirus. These measures include:
- Wash your hands frequently with soap. Soap is provided in each bathroom and the kitchen.
- Use hand sanitizer if you do not have access to soap and water.
- Avoid touching your face.
- Avoid contact with sick people, and stay home and seek medical attention if you feel sick.
